In the history of the world cup T20 championship, there have been only on thrice occasions when we got all-out and lost all our wickets. Thankfully in most of the world cup, India played well and haven’t lost more than 9 wickets in any match. However If we take our memory to 10 years back, then it must not be forgotten that in World T20 Championship 2010 held in West Indies, team India didn’t play as per the expectations in the entire tournament and were bowled out all-out twice in that edition of the T20 World Cup. India were bowled out in a match against the hosts West Indies and Australia respectively.
But on both occasions India’s 10th wicket partnership didn’t manage more runs and their contributions were limited to nominal 3 and 2 runs only. It is also necessary to mention here that in both of these matches India put a very little total on scoreboard. However, in 2007, Indian batting duo of RP Singh and S Sreesanth played amazingly well smashing 17* run partnership for the last wicket in just 8 balls to take India’s scorecard from 163 for 9 to a commanding total of 180 on scoreboard. This unbelievable partnership came at a World Cup T20 match against New Zealand in Johannesburg during the inaugural Cricket T20 World Cup 2007. Statistically speaking, for the last 13 years, India have never been completely bowled out (all-out) in any T20 world cup match.
