New Zealand vs Sri Lanka ODI Series 2015 Schedule

The 50 overs cricket world cup is to be played in February 2015 and hosted by Australia and New Zealand jointly. The Sri Lankan cricket team will be getting a full month to get accustomed before the mega event arrives as they will be touring the New Zealand in the month of December and January. This tour will also have a 7 match ODI series to be played between these tours. These 7 matches will be one of the best things that these two teams will be using to get themselves prepared for the upcoming mega event. Both the teams are considered to be the world cup contenders and thus it will be interesting to see how they perform in this series.

The 7 match ODI series will be starting with the 1st match played on 11th of January at Christchurch. Later the teams will be moving to Hamilton where the 2nd ODI will be played on 15th of January. The 3rd ODI of the series will be played at Auckland on 17th of January. The 4th ODI of the series is scheduled to be played in Nelson on 20th of January and the 5th will be played at Dunedin on 23rd of February. The last 2 ODI’s are scheduled to be played at Dunedin and Wellington respectively on 25th and 29th of January. After this series the Sri Lankans will be playing the world cup while New Zealand will host Pakistan for a 2 match ODI series.
