Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium is a multiple sports stadium located in Kallor, Kochi in India. The stadium was initially established with the purpose to host football matches but later on was also used to host cricket matches. It is considered to be the third largest stadium in India, possessing the sitting capacity of over 70,000 audiences. The stadium was constructed in the year 1996 by the Government of Kerala along with Greater Cochin Development Authority. The stadium is owned and operated by Greater Cochin Development Authority. It has various tenants such as Indian Cricket team, Kerala cricket team and Chirag United Club Kerala.
