Sawai Mansingh Stadium is basically a cricket stadium located in Rambagh Circle, Jaipur in Rajasthan. The stadium was built in the reign of Maharaja Sawai Mansingh second therefore the stadium is been named after him. The stadium has hosted only two forms of cricket i.e. Test Matches and One Day Internationals. A twenty20 cricket match is yet to be played there. The stadium has hosted its first test match on February 21, 1983 to February 25, 1983 and the match was played between India and Pakistan while the first One Day International match played in this stadium was India verses Sri Lanka on October 31, 2005. The stadium holds a capacity of 30,000 audiences.
