After a long wait of 2 years, finally, Cricket Australia has agreed to welcome Zimbabwe in order to play 3 ODIs series 2022 between Australia and Zimbabwe in August and September. Initially, the series was planned to be held in 2020 in Australia but it was delayed due to the pandemic and then The Hundred cricket tournament in Australia. Australia vs Zimbabwe ODI series 2022 will comprise 3 One Day Internationals which will be held in Townsville. The Aus vs Zim ODI series 2022 will commence with the 1st ODI on 28th August at Riverway Stadium, Townsville, then the 2nd and 3rd will be contested on 31st August and 3 September 2022 in the same stadium.
