Jamaica Tallawahs emerge victorious in a close match - The 9th match of the CPL saw the Guyana Amazon Warriors and Jamaica Tallawahs come face to face. The Guyana Amazon Warriors were riding high as they had managed to win in all the three matches they have played in the tournament so far. On the other hand Jamaica Tallawahs too had won 2 out of 2. In this match the Warriors won the toss and put Jamaica Tallawahs to bat first. The openers gave them a good start scoring 49 runs in the first 7 overs. The first wicket that fell was of the captain Chris Gayle after scoring 11 runs. The second wicket of the game also fell in the same over. Due to some great bowling the Tallawahs won their 3rd match in the tournament by 4 runs while Amazon Warriors tasted their 1st defeat.
