He made this feat in just 37 balls while performing for Rajasthan Royals against Mumbai Indians. Mumbai and Rajasthan met on the field of Barbourne for the 2nd match of the IPL 2012 where Mumbai Indians got the chance to bat first and they added a huge total of 212 runs on the scoreboard. In reply, Rajasthan did not get an excellent start and lost 3 quick wickets. Then Yusuf Pathan at the other end tried well and struck 100 runs from just 37 deliveries but it was not enough for the Royals to achieve the target. Rajasthan Royals lost the match by 4 runs but Yusuf Pathan was named Man of the Match and Most Valuable Player in that competition for his incredible 100 runs.

A former South African batsman, David Miller is sitting in the 3rd position for making the fastest century in the history of IPL. Miller achieved this feat in just 38 deliveries while performing against Royal Challengers Bangalore in IPL 2013. The 51st match of the IPL 2013 was played between Royal Challengers Bangalore and Kings XI Punjab on 6 May in Mohali. While batting first, Royal Challengers Bangalore added a total of 190 for 3 on the scoreboard. In reply, when Punjab came out to chase the target, they lost their 4 wickets at 61 runs only. Then David Miller at the number 5th position played an incredible inning of unbeaten 101 runs from just 38 balls that helped them to achieve the target and won the match by 6 wickets. David Miller was named Man of the Match and Most Valuable Player in that game.

An Australian wicketkeeper-batsman, Adam Gilchrist is standing at the number 4th position for making the fastest century in IPL. While playing for Deccan Charges in a match against Mumbai Indians, Gilchrist made this effort from just 42 balls in the inaugural season of IPL. DY Patil stadium in Mumbai hosted the 14th match of the IPL 2008 between Deccan Chargers and Mumbai Indians. Mumbai got the chance to bat first and added 154 runs on the scoreboard. While chasing down the target of 155 runs, Deccan Chargers did not face any hurdles and achieved the target in just 12 overs. Its opening batter Adam Gilchrist made an extraordinary effort by hitting unbeaten 109 runs in 47 deliveries with nine 4s and seven 6s at a strike rate of 231.91. Gilchrist was named Man of the Match and Most Valuable Player in that game.

He made this outstanding effort in just 43 balls while playing for Royal Challengers Bangalore against Gujarat Lions in IPL 2016. Bangalore and Gujarat met each other in the field of RCB’s home ground in Bangalore where RCB put a huge total of 248 runs on the scoreboard. RCB successfully reached that 200+ milestone because of the excellent performance of AB de Villiers with the bat, he added unbeaten 129 runs from just 52 balls with ten 4s and twelve 6s at a strike rate of 248.07. In reply, Gujarat Lions bowled out at 104 and Bangalore won that match by 144 runs. AB de Villiers was named for the Man of the Match and Most Valuable Player awards for his outstanding 100+ match-winning innings.
