After winning the T20 World Cup recently, England is all set to visit Bangladesh in order to play 3 T20Is series in the month of March 2023. All the dates and venues of the Bangladesh vs England T20 series 2023 have been disclosed by the cricket organizers. Originally, the Ban vs Eng T20 series was planned to happen in 2021 but due to the pandemic, it was delayed. Since 2016, England did not travel to Bangladesh for any cricket competition and this will be the maiden T20 series between Ban and Eng.
All the matches of the Ban vs Eng T20 series will be played in Chattogram and Dhaka. The T20 series between Bangladesh and England 2023 will kick off the journey with the first T20I which will be played at Shere Bangla National Stadium, Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium, Chattogram on Mar 09 and the rest 2 matches will be conducted at Shere Bangla National Stadium, Dhaka on Mar 12 and Mar 14.
Jos Buttler will handle the responsibility of the England T20 squad for the upcoming T20 series in Bangladesh. On the other hand, the command of the Bangladesh T20 squad will be given to Shakib Al Hasan. Both skippers are seasoned T20 players with more than 100 T20I in their careers. Bangladesh skipper Shakib Al Hasan is an all-rounder who holds the record for most runs and most wickets for his nation in the shortest format of the game with more than 2000 runs and 128 wickets.

So, there is a huge gap in ranking between both the teams but Bangladesh is an unpredictable team who can give tough competition to its opponent anytime.
