Finally the drought is over. Pune Warriors finally get the taste of win. For the last 10 games since IPL 5, they were losing each match one after the another but playing Finch worked and they succeeded. Pune Warriors batting first scored 145 runs for the loss of 5 wickets at the end of 20 overs which never was enough for such a strong batting line up of Pune Warriors which wasn't clicking earlier.
Dravid again made half century 54 to be precise in 48 balls which included eight boundaries.
R Sharma and Yuvraj Singh picked up 2 wickets each.
Pune Warriors started off fiercly and didn't allow Rajasthan bowlers to settle.
They reached 50 within 5 overs and Uthappa scored 32 runs in just 16 runs.
But the platform for win was cleverly set up by Finch who played an amazing innings scoring 64 runs in 53 balls which included three boundaries and four big sixes to go with.
This was Finch first match in IPL 6th Season.
Match wasn't over yet.
Yuvraj Singh came and remained unbeaten at the score of 28 in 23 balls which also included 2 boundaries and 2 sixes.
Finch was awarded the Man of the Match for his half century.
