Southern Express is a Sri Lankan domestic T20 cricket team, which will take part in Champions League T20 for the first time in 2014. Southern Express has won the Super 4's T20 Sri Lanka in 2014 and Lasith Malinga is the present skipper of the team, however, he hasn’t declared yet for which team he will play in the Champions League T20 2014 as Malinga is one of the regular bowler of Indian domestic team Mumbai Indians which may not with Southern Express.
