How to know more about IPL Cheerleaders of each IPL teams? I can't find any information on the official website of Indian Premier league or the IPL team's official websites.

You can know, but for that you have to go to the stadium and watch match (Sarcastically).

You can know about the cheer leaders of RCB.
They have got a facebook fan page as well with name White Mischief Girls.
You can get quite a lot of information about them from there.
For videos of cheer leaders for previous seasons, you can look on for them on Youtube as well. :)
