New Rules for ODI Matches

We have got new rules for ODI Matches which will be effective from Today's Match of India vs Pakistan. Checking them below.
  1. 2 Powerplay blocks, instead of 3.
  2. Maximum 4 fielders outside the 30 Yard circle in the non powerplay overs, instead of 5.
  3. Batting powerplay to be completed between the 11th and 40th over.
  4. Two bouncers allowed per over.
It seems they now want to enjoy ODI  match as T20 giving Batsman more chance to hit the ball in the air. I am not happy with rule 2, all others are ok.

3rd rule sounds good....... obviously in the final over everyone try to attack......

@mahesh: allowing 2 bouncers per over is an advantage for bowlers, so obviously the rules aren't meant to move ODIs towards T20s trend. Seems like you got the concept wrong. :)
