David Miller

The former South African batter David Miller holds the top position for making the fastest century in T20I for South Africa. He made this effort in just 35 balls while playing against Bangladesh at Potchefstroom in 2017. During Bangladesh’s tour to South Africa, both the squads met in the 2nd T20I where Miller at number 5th position struck so hard and added 101 runs in 36 balls and remained not out. 

Quinton de Kock

Quinton de Kock stands at the number 2nd place for contributing the quickest 100 in T20 for South Africa. He added this feat in 43 balls against West Indies at Centurion in 2023. West Indies went to South Africa for a T20 series where West Indies set a huge target of 259 runs for Africa in the 2nd T20. But Quinton de Kock played an awesome inning of 100 runs and achieved victory for his team.

Richard Levi

The South African opener Richard Levi comes in 3rd place for making the fastest century in T20 for South Africa. He achieved this accomplishment in just 45 balls while facing New Zealand at Hamilton in 2012. South Africa was engaged in a tour to New Zealand where both teams met for the 2nd T20. New Zealand gave a target of 174 runs to South Africa which they achieved very easily because of Richard Levi’s unbeaten and match-winning 117 runs from 51 balls. 

Faf du Plessis

Faf du Plessis is listed in the 4th position for achieving the record for the fastest hundred in T20 for South Africa. He took 46 balls to complete this record while performing against West Indies at Johannesburg in 2015. During West Indies’s tour to South Africa, both teams came to face each other in the 2nd T20I where Faf du Plessis played a captaincy inning of 119 runs in 56 balls but could not save the match since West Indies performed well in that match.

David Miller

David Miller is sitting in the 5th position for making the quickest hundred in a T20 international for South Africa. He added this record in 46 balls while performing against India at Guwahati in 2022. When South Africa visited India for the T20 series both teams met for the 2nd T20 at Guwahati. David Miller who came in the middle order played well and added unbeaten 106 runs in 47 balls but could not achieve the victory for his team while chasing the target of 238 runs.
