Amit Mishra sets the Sunrisers a place in the main event of CLT20 - The 4th Match of the tournament saw Faisalabad Wolves and Sunrisers Hyderabad came face to face in the PCA stadium of Mohali. This match was important for Faisalabad Wolves as it was a do or die situation for them and Sunrisers needed this win to fix their place in the next round. The Wolves were put into bat by the Sunrisers after winning the toss. The wolves got a solid but a slow start scoring only 48 runs in 7 overs. The 8th over of the game saw the fall of first wicket in the form of Ali Waqas. The 1st wicket opened the gates for Sunrisers as they came in hard and managed to take some quick wickets. By the end of 13th over the team was standing at 69/3. Misbah yet again managed to score 56 runs and control the fall of innings of the Wolves. At the end of 20 overs the team managed to score 127 runs. Amit Mishra was the best bowler for the Sunrisers as he took 1 wicket giving away only 13 runs.

The Sunrisers needed to score just 128 runs in the match to qualify for the rest of the league. The opening pair of Sunrisers yet again gave a solid start as Parthiv Patel and Shikhar Dhawan yet again scored 68 runs in just 8.4 overs. Parthiv was the 1st to leave after scoring 23 runs. Jean-Paul Duminy joined Dhawan in his exploits. Once again Dhawan lost his wicket after taking his team closest to the victory. Dhawan scored 59 runs while Duminy scored 20 runs. The finishing touch was provided by Darren Sammy as he scored 14 runs in just 6 balls to take his team cross the required target with 15 balls remaining. Amit Mishra was named as the man of the match and with this win the Sunrisers book their birth for the next round.
