The first T20 match of this series will be held on 29th September 2013 between Kenya and Afghanistan. As per the schedule, the match will be played at the Sharjah Cricket Stadium and will start at 20:00 (local time). Both the teams are looking very strong and it will be really difficult to predict anything about them. On one hand, you have Kenya who is considered to be the strongest team in the International cricket while Afghanistan is known to have experienced players who can make a difference to the match. Their ability to cope with the challenging situations is the key feature that makes them different from the other teams. Therefore it will not be right to say anything but only time will tell us who will win the series.

The Kenya cricket team will be headed by Collins Obuya who is experienced and has the ability to keep the team together. For this upcoming series, he has formed strategies so that they are able to target the players of the opposition. Taking quick wickets will be their first motive if they lose the toss or they will try to set a big target in case they win the toss. Their game plan is very clear and the players are focusing on their performances so that they are able to give their best.

Even the Afghanistan cricket team will not compromise with its performance but try to focus on their target. Their first aim is to stop the team from scoring more runs and take up wickets at frequent intervals so that the batting order fails. To achieve this target, the bowlers will have to put in a lot of efforts and utilize their skills to the best. The pitch of Sharjah stadium usually slows down in the later half, therefore it will be exciting to see as how the other team chases the target.
