When he was the talent spotting camp, his nurturing talents were discovered from him and moved to Bangladesh institute of sports for polishing the talents. His name was etched at lords by having a five wicket haul in the debut when he was put into the squad against England. Represented the U19 world cup and he stood as a promising bowler for the team and rapidly developed those talents and made the selectors to call him for the Bangladesh A side. Rajib has all the successful attributes to be a seam bowler. He doesn’t exert much pressure on his body and he comes off with a smooth run up. He has a strong frame and abundance of ability to swing the balls in both ways. His debut at Lords was a chastening experience as he conceded 101 runs in the just 12 overs on the second visit to Lords and it was so happier for him.
