In the month of August 2022, the New Zealand cricket authority has finally agreed to go to the Netherlands in order to play 2 T20 international matches series. The schedule and venues have been fixed and disclosed by the Royal Dutch Cricket Association for the Netherlands vs New Zealand T20 series 2022. The series comprises two T20I matches which will be held at the same venue in Voorburg. Initially, the New Zealand tour of the Netherlands was fixed for June 2020 but it was postponed because of the pandemic. The T20 series between the Netherlands and New Zealand 2022 will commence with the first T20I on 4th August and the last match of the series will be played on 5th August 2022 at the Voorburg Cricket Club, Voorburg.
Pieter Seelaar will be the captain of the Netherlands squad for the upcoming series against New Zealand whereas Kane Williamson will take charge of the New Zealand squad.
