@Pankaj: I have few doubts. 1. What if I post my answer for this now and then edit it before 12 May, 2013?Can I? 2. Can a winner request for request in state or is it limited to any state/theater or is it only dependent on Rs. 200?

@diwan, Once posted, you can not re-post your answer and if done, that will not be considered as it is already mentioned.  This contest is not limited to any state as long as there is an option to book ticket online. We can not provide tickets if we can not book it online.  Let me know if you have any more doubt.

Definitely Skyshot. When the contest closes on 12 May, it makes no sense to hurry and tell the top 4. It is T20 and you never know what may happen at the last moment. Hopefully by 11th May, it will get clear as to what are the top 4 teams going for playoffs.

As for me after looking at the IPL Table point, below are the teams that will make it for the playoffs. 1. Chennai Super Kings - Highest Point and will be among top 2 teams. 2. Royal Challengers Bangalore - This team also looks like being in top 2. If not, they will make it for playoff for sure. 3. Mumbai Indians - This team is mostly dependent on its foreigner players performance with one or two Indian clicking now and then but should make it to the playoff unti they repeat season 1 performance. 4. Rajasthan Royal - Team which is really playing as a unit and fight till te last moment. I want this team to reac the playoff, so considering it as the fourth team.

After doing all permutation and combination and putting in all my logics, I feel that the below 4 teams should make it to the playoffs. 1. Chennai Super Kings 2. Rajasthan Royals 3. Mumbai Indians 4. Sunrisers Hyderabad I may be wrong with the 4th one but I have a very strong feeling that Royal Challengers will choke for sure in the end one game at their home ground and that will be all over for them. They also have one match at Ranchi with KKR which should be a very close one for them and one with Chennai at Bangalore. Also, Sunrisers are playing a good team game and hope that they do make it to the playoffs.

My prediction is that the below 4 teams will make it for the playoffs: 1. Chennai Super Kings 2. Mumbai Indians 3. Sunrisers Hyderabad 4. Mumbai Indians Bangalore seems to be struggling in Ranchi today and hopefully will lose this one. If Sunrisers Hyderabad win their next game, then it is really difficult for Bangalore to jump back in. Also it looks like Gayle is not playing for the team but for the Orange Cap.
